Please note that orders with more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the particular item.

We will inspect each and every one of the products before they are shipped. Today, the majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, as we have multiple organizations, such as the factory and the storage. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that the inventory could run out once the order has been made.

The period of time is 30 days. We cannot return or exchange your purchase when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.

The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
